Emma is the Principal of the Ideas college and is a passionate educationalist with 18 years of teaching experience in inner city London schools.

She began her career as an art teacher moving quickly through promotion to become a senior teacher at a Lambeth School where she has led on whole school initiatives to drive school improvement. Her tenacity and relentless pursuit for excellence in the classroom has impacted positively on the lives of many students under her care.

She is an outstanding classroom practitioner, a visionary and respected leader, and is committed to ensuring every child, no matter their starting point, is able to thrive in a creative learning environment.
