Xandria Carelse-Dutlow is one of the Founder Members. She is an advertising Creative who has worked with the Ideas Foundation for the last eight years, having initially been chosen as a fourteen year old to become a Creativity Scholar, developing her creative skill set for the future. Since then, she has helped found the Ideas Foundation’s youth advisory board, and was recognised with the Rising Star award in 2013. She mentors annually at the Ideas Foundation Creative Media Camp, an inclusive free summer school for creatively gifted young people who otherwise would not have the opportunity to be introduced to the UK’s creative industries.
Xandria graduated with honours from the BA Design course at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2014, with a dissertation on the lack of diversity in the UK’s advertising industry. She won the Publicis Lab competition, joining the Publicis Healthcare group as one of two female Junior Creatives in September 2015.
